Mary Jordan
Mary Jordan is an Outreach Worker for a national dementia charity and an Associate Director of ELM (End of Life Management Ltd). She has had considerable experience of caring for elderly relatives and friends and worked in the NHS for 9 years. Earlier publications include books on Caring and on GP Practice management, in addition to articles in nursing and social care journals and magazines.
Judy Carole Kauffmann
Judy Carole Kauffmann left the business world to volunteer in a hospice, she became a carer/companion and then Registered Manager of a Domiciliary Care agency. She founded ELM (End of Life Management) believing that through training and writing both the carers and people at the end of their lives could receive more support and information. Amongst her clients are Bupa, Care UK several residential, nursing homes, housing associations and The Regard Partnership. She is a trainer with Age Concern and a dementia care specialist training company and is a trainer and volunteer with Samaritans.
